Generally, TS government provides a free seat for all the aspirants who get a rank less than 10,000.So, in order to reach that rank, your commutative weightage should be around 62-65. Probably, to maintain that weightage, your EAMCET score should be 80+ and the IPE score closer to 9.8. These figures may vary slightly, based on the complexity of the question paper.
