According to Round 1 Counselling of NEET-UG 2020, here is the Closing Rank of last AIIMS allotted for General Category Student in All India Quota:
AIR 6078, Marks: 640, Allotted AIIMS: AIIMS Jammu.
For AIIMS Delhi: Closing Rank for General Category Students: AIR 51, Marks: 705.
This data is based on Allotment Result of Round 1 of NEET-UG Counselling.
Wait for the Round 2 Allotment Results, you will get the Accurate data for AIIMS Allotments.
But In General We can say that Minimum 630+ Marks are Required for General Category Students to Secure a Seat in any AIIMS.

Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. But ideally this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting its admissions through NEET score and for AIIMS New Delhi, we are expecting a cut off of more than 650. May be around 675 given its reputation.
