Hi
Admission in which course are you asking about?
Anyway,
Your profile suggests that your domicile state is UP and you are a medicine aspirant. So, I am guessing that you asking about mbbs seat in a government medical college.
I am assuming that you belong to general category
Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then
In neet 2019 , 575 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
You can check the same at

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , to be on the safer side, so you should target at least around 600 - 625 marks for government medical colleges for mbbs seat
Focus on your neet preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet
