How many mbbs seat will be deducted due ews quota for gen cat. ?

No seat will be deducted from quota of any category. For ews quota ,extra seats are increased in every institutes like medical colleges , engineering colleges etc.
MBBS seats will be increase in each colleg for ews quota. Seats for general category and other categories will remain Same.
