If you look a the fees structure, Government colleges will charge you a very nominal amount of fees starting anywhere from 15k-20k per annum to around 80k per annum. Be it AIIMS, JIPMER or any other government medical college that you enter through NEET-UG entrance, the fees that you'll have to bear falls into the above mentioned range.
As far as private medical colleges are concerned, it can range anywhere from 4-5 lakhs per annum (usually charged by colleges that come under COMEDK) to over 12-15 lakhs per annum (for Kasturba medical college and the like). The admissions into most of the deemed universities are now being conducted based on the merit list prepared by considering NEET-UG scores.

Hello
Right now there around 500 government medical colleges and 1900 private medical colleges across India
The the tuition fees is usually around 9000 to 11000 per annum depending on the regulations of the university in which you are admitted in
Of course this does not take into account the admission fees and Kaushiki is which may be 2000 to 5000 rupees depending on the college in which you are getting admitted
Private medical colleges the equation of fees might be ranging from 2.5 to 5 lacs per annum
Hope this helps, thank you

I'm not sure about other states but in puducherry, it's about 1 lakh per annum in the government medical college and about 3-5 lakhs per annum in a few private colleges.
Fees depends on the reputation of the college and your neet performance.
All the best!
