According to the latest updates, MCI approves 4,800 more PG Medical seats in 2020-21. The Medical Council of India (MCI) officials have approved to increase the medical seats for the Postgraduate medical courses (MD/ MS). The officials have decided to increase the seats by more than 4,800 in the next academic session.In 2020-21 academic session, approximately 44,190 post-graduate medical seats (36,192 MD/MS seats and 8,000 DNB/FNB seats) will be available for 54,000 undergraduate MBBS pass-outs.
