Many organisations come to university and conduct interviews based on the students' total CGPA. If they identify competitive prospects, they recruit them. If a candidate does well during their internship, the employer will give them a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer). You do not need to be concerned about placements if you attend a decent institution.
