BMS means Bachelor in Management studies. But NEET is a medical entrance examination. BMS is a Management course and you cannot take admission in BMS through NEET. If it is any of the Ayush Courses, then you will need atleast 500. And Ayush courses include Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Yoga, Unani and Siddha courses. For any of these courses you will need atleast 500.
