As per your question according to the data for the last year the rank secured by the overall Candidates
to urge an admission in Government Medical colleges is 8281, whereas the marks secured by the
candidates is 546 out of 720. Whereas the ST candidates secured ranks around 70612 with marks 409 to
secure a seat in government medical colleges.
For SC candidates the rank is around 51117 with marks 439. The PH quota candidates need to secure
marks around 154 to urge a rank like 490673 to require an admission in government medical colleges.
For OBC candidates, the rank is around 8299 with marks like 546 to secure admissions in government
medical college.

For a normal case to get at least one medical college for the OBC student, you need a minimum of 480 marks. This can even go up by 10 or 20 marks or can go down too.
But this 480 can be considered a safe score for the OBC candidate.
