How many % necessary in 12th board for svnit admission on jeemain?

Hello...!

Not only for SVNIT, admission of all the NITs are done by JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) on the marks obtained by JEE Main which is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency).

Eligibility Criteria is declared by NTA.

According to NTA,

Candidate must have 75% marks in class 12th or equivalent for OC/OBC candidates

65% marks in class 12th or equivalent for SC/ST candidates

OR

you should be in top 20 percentile in your respective board.

Hi Damini, if you want to get into NIT's then there is a criteria of 12th boards result.You have be into top 20% percentile or should have above 75% aggregate marks in 12th boards to get into NIT's or rather say SVNIT in your case.Hope this would be helpful to you.
