hello aspirant,

You did not mention which category you belong to so even though whatever category you belong its better to get a good and little high score for a safe side because the cutoff changes every year with college for example this time the cutoff went high.its just not enough to clear the cutoff of neet, you need to clear the seat cutoff for college which maybe different for different college, especially for fetching a seat in government colleges you need a good score like above 550 or 600 if you belong to gen category this is safe score,no matter what you will have high chances to fetch a seat in govt colleges. as you did not mention your category and state, to know what score min you need to have for you to fetch a seat in good government colleges, please check out the link https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off-for-government-colleges

to what score you need to have minimum, set a target to get 30-40 marks more so that chances are high to fetch a seat even though the cutoff rises.

hope this helps,

thankyou.

Hello,
The minimum marks needed , varyfrom category to category and quota and college .
Till past  year, the minimum marks to get NEET seat  including government were 300 . For government colleges, it is around 380 for the ST category. For UR , it can be  520+ in most states. In states like Karnataka, the cut offs are low, and there the minimum marks was around 300 , which was for SC category. , the cut offs aren't expected to change much, but it surely can't be predicted yet because of the additional colleges.

Helllo,

For qualifying in NEET, students must have to score minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category .

And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score 350 marks in NEET UG.
