Two of the top colleges which are through MHT CET and which I hoped gave more seats on the basis of JEE mains (or boards) are:-
ICT, Mumbai - Institute of chemical technology is primarily an institute for chemical engineering and its related branches. Its is one of the best universities in India for chemical engineering. Only 20% of the candidates are admitted here on the basis of JEE mains. Rest are admitted on the basis of MHT-CET. One of the most famous Alumni of this college is India's second richest man, Mukesh Ambani.
College of Engineering, Pune - COEP is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India. It has many courses and is renowned all over India for its academics and other facilities. Almost all the canditates are admitted on the basis of MHT-CET.
