The eligibility criteria for appearing pursing a paramedical diploma or undergraduate course is that a candidate should passed 12th examinations from science stream with biology from any recognized board with at least 50% marks.
The national exam for B.Sc in paramedical course is AIIMS B.Sc paramedical examination conducted every year and the the eligibility for appearing in the exam is that get a candidate must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized University/Board with English, Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or Maths in 10+2.
So,even if you have PCM in boards you can still appear for the exam.
