Dear Naveen,

Different source will say different passing percentage and also different college keeps different passing percentage.

As you have not mentioned the name of the college so it will be very difficult to tell you what is the passing marks out of 200.

But what I find very common among all sources is that atleast 40% marks are needed to be considered to be clear the B.Com (//B.Com) exam However some says 30% and some says 33%.

If we consider 40%, then out of 200 total marks you need to score atleast 80 marks to pass the exam.

Having said that I will suggest you score 60% plus because there are many colleges which keeps minimum percentage as 60% for admission in it.

To get 60% you need to have marks atleast 120 out of 200 total marks.

I hope this answer helps you.

All the very best!!
