JEE Mains is the Entrance exam by which one can get admission into the NIT, IIITs and Government Funded Colleges (GFTIs) through J oSAA Counselling 2019 . It also provides admission to many notable private colleges like Amity University, Lovely Professional University, Shiv Nadar University, Birla Institute of Technology, etc.

After the result of JEE Mains Paper 2 had been announced on May 14, 2019, JEE ADVANCED Board has released information by which we can say that top 2,45,000 JEE Mains qualifiers will be shortlisted to appear for JEE Advanced 2019 .
