How many percentage did I want for IT Engineer In 12 Board Minimum and Maximum

In order to become an IT Enginerr, one must has to do graduation in computer science field. The degree such as Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of computer applications, Bsc in IT are some degree that will help you to become an it engineer.
For getting admission in these degree some universities conduct their own entrnace examination while some takes admisison through national level entrance test.
Coming to your point of maximum marks scored in your class 12th. You must score a minimum of 75% marks for safer side. In pcm aggregated, you must score at least 65% marks for safer side because it will help you to clear at least shortlisted of resume round.
So better to score well as some companies make their criteria high when the eligible candidates are more in number.

There's no such criteria that you need to worry about getting a job as a IT Engineer. However, atleast anything above 60 percent aggregate over 4years of Engineering is atleast expected such that you qualify for majority of companies and hence, you can participate for futher rounds.
Beyond this, You need to have good technical Domain knowledge, Great communication skills, Good hand over aptitude and Psychometric tests.
