It depends on whether you are from open category or any other. Here's the list of open category for year 2017 - 18 :-
First merit list 95.6%, Seventh merit list 91.2%.
Others category :-
First merit list 91.6 %, Seventh merit list 77.69%.
If you wish to do b.com (hons)* youll have to give the NPAT exam and get a good ranking in that entrance exam. Your admission will be solely based on that exam. 75% with maths is the eligibility for it. No such eligibility criteria for b.com. Hope this might help you.
