Hello ,
Look every college has a different criteria for selecting students some don't consider your percentage and take there own exam some take admission on the basis of percentage and some even consider both..
Now if we talk of percentage to take admission in a good college like DU you should have 95 percent and above so it's. It fixed in general a minimum of 60 percent is needed .
Rest some of the colleges also provide scholarships and fee exemption on the basis of your percentage.

Yes DU offers b pharma apart DU north campus apart from it Jamia Hamdard University ,Hamdard nagar Delhi and LPU cp Delhi also are some colleges that offer the course
Rest there are also good colleges in gurgaon and greater Noida which offer the course .
