in 12 you need 87 and up perecentile for qualifying jee mains (2019)
if you score 87 and up you can give advance
in that if you score good marks as well as good rank you can opt for iits and nits
for cracking jee mains and advance you need to study very hard and study should start from day one

B.Tech admissions at NITs, IIITs and GFTIS: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in their qualifying exams in addition to qualifying in JEE Main 2019 OR must be in the top 20 percentile of their 10+2 board.

If you are looking for answer of minimum marks required for IIT-JEE .
For CBSE you need at least 75% or top 20% percentile of CBSE.
And for state board its varies from state to state but if you are in top 20% percentile then it’s Okay no need to worry about it.
