As you have not mentioned the course or any specifics, I am giving you the general answer.
For admission in undergraduate course you need atleast 50% marks in 10+2. Although some institutes are there which offer admission only above 75% which varies. But this is the most general case.
For Post graduation, most institute specifies atleast 55% in graduation.
