Eligibility criteria of JEE advance exam is following:
Candidates should have passed JEE main exam. Candidates should be among top 2,50,000 candidates.
Candidates should have been born on or after October 1 1997. However, candidates of reserved category will get relaxation of 5 year.
Maximum number of attempts that candidates can attempt jee mains is two times in consecutive year.

The qualifying cut off is subjected to change every year depending on various factors such as total number of seats available, difficulty level of examination and total number of candidates appeared etc. To appear for JEE Advanced you must score minimum qualifying cut off percentile in JEE Main. To get an idea about the qualifying cut off percentile click on the link below

As you can see the cut off for each category is different and the minimum cut off percentile is as follows
- General: 87.8992241
- EWS: 66.2214845
- OBC-NCL: 68.0234447
- SC: 46.8825338
- ST: 34.6728999
- PWD: 0.0096375
Depending on your category you need to score the required cut off. As mentioned earlier the cut off varies every year, it may increase or decrease.
