Hello,
It is quite difficult to indicate the exact percentile because the cut off is different for each category, institute and branch. After analyzing the previous year cut off trend you need to score minimum 96-98 percentile or above in JEE Main if you belong to general category, if you belong to OBC-NCL/EWS category you need score minimum 95-96 percentile or above and if you belong to SC/ST category you need to score minimum 94 percentile or above in JEE Main in order get seat in IIIT. Cut off is determined by various such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available.
