You haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. Neverthless, in 2019, the cut offs for various Categories for CSE in SVNIT are as follows:

Category	Male Home State	Male Out of State	Female Home State	Female Out of State
OBC	3734	2246	8951	4513
EWS	1115	753	4638	1510
General	6425	6325	13001	9104
SC	1482	1085	4016	2268
ST	798	544	971	770

This is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors. If you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 90 percentile and more and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you might need around 85 percentile.
