There are a total of 180 questions to be asked in NEET 2022, where 45 questions are asked from Physics, 45 from Chemistry and 90 questions are asked from Biology, the question paper is of 720 marks, and the marking scheme is that +4 marks are awarded for each correct answer whereas 1 mark is deducted for each wrong Answer.
The weightage of NEET 2022 exam for Cell and structure and functions is of 3%.
Biology chapter wise weightage is as follows:
Class 11th

2. Structural organisation in plants and animals 5%
3. Cell structure and function 9%
4. Plant physiology 6%
5. Human Physiology 20%
Class 12th
1. Reproduction 9%
2. Genetics and evolution 18%
3. Biology and human welfare 9%
4. Biotechnology and its applications 4%
