See..in 2013..around 70% were from NCERT book topics but you might not get direct questions..I would recommend develop a concept so that if you have studied the topic..even if a question you arent familiar with is asked from that topi..you can use logic and answer it..as this percentage is variable and not dependable..so just blindly mugging up MCQs may land you in trouble..

Hey, i had answered neet back in 2013 and from what i had seen out of 180 around 150 are from ncert textbooks, but the vary based on the difficulty levels and many are concept based rather than being picked directly from NCERT. 30 questions which come from outside are related to NCERT portion and if u have good application you will be able to solve them. Use books like ABC to solve these. U might need to join a crash course to solve most of it.
