Hello student,

There  is no certain rank to secure mechanical engineering. HOwever, if you want to secure Mechanical Engineering in the top colleges of the state, you will have to score percentile above 95+ i.e. atleast 135+ marks in the MHTCET examination in any case scenarios. This will ensure you have a good rank and get the best college for that branch

Hi,

Candidates must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% aggregate marks (for General category) and at least 40% aggregate marks (for reserved/ backward category/ Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only).

rank above 40,000 or percentile above 70 in MHT CET can be considered good for admission in good government or private institutions.
