I hope you are doing well. I would like to tell you that your seems to be incomplete as didn't mention the purpose of scholarship. I mean you want it for FOREIGN University or Indian institute.
Additionally, there are various categories for scholarship.
- Merit based
- Merit cum need based
There is not any fixed % that you can get according to the fees.
So, apply accordingly.
