1021 seats are available in agriculture and 211 seats are available in horticulture. Courses in forestry and fishing: The ICAR has 17 colleges that provide forestry and fishing courses. Fisheries has 83 seats, whereas forestry has 55.
You can take admission in the agricultural colleges by the following method-
You have two options.
- At the same time as neet, you can take the icar undergraduate test, which is offered annually by the Indian Council of Agriculture Research. If chosen, you can attend one of 66 agriculture institutions spread all over India.
- Additionally, you can take state admission examinations to get admitted to state agricultural institutions and pursue a BSc degree there.
