Dear Amit,

OBCs are entitled to 27% reservations in public sector employment and higher education.In the constitution there is also a mention of carry forwarding policy which means, if a certain number of SC/ST/OBC candidate seats are remaining vacant for a particular year in any of the recruitment drives, it would get added in the next year recruitment seats in the respective categories. 

So basically you would get 27% reservation in any college or employment sector.
