hi,
see psus like iocl, ongc, bcl hires engineering graduates students that is btech course passout students from gate score. now the vacancy can be differ year to year, and if you are already pursuing mtech or completed you can still participate in gate exam, there is not much recruitment comes for only m.tech degree holders, but isro, drdo like research organization have vacancies comes time to time for mtech degree holders.

The number of posts available in each PSU will differ.It is difficult to predict the number of posts available in PSUs because the number of posts are distributed branch wise and in each branch the total number of posts are again distributed category wise.It depends on the vacancies available in PSUs which might change.You will know the number of posts available once the official notification is released for each PSU.So it is advised that you check the number of posts available for chemical Engineering graduates in their respective official notification.
