It would be tough to tell you the in formation about total seats in Tamilnadu. As per 2019 qualifying cutoff General category, you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Tamilnadu cutoff.

Total number seats exact not available however last year approximately 250 studnets cleared stage1.
Cutoffs in General category in past two years has been 120 and 127 and hence good chances expected for conversion if you score baove 140 as per trends.
However official cutoff will decide your prospective chances.
