Around 2000 scholarships are provided by NCERT on the basis of final result of NTSE (National Talent Search Examination) which is conducted in two stages. NTSE Stage 1 is state level examination and is conducted by respective state government. However state and union territories select candidates based on the quota alloted to each state.
