Hello aspirant,

Lateral Entry is a 3 year-six-Semester program,  specially for those students who have completed 3-year Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant B.Sc degrees or other examinations securing at least 50%.

Below mentioned are some of the best automobile engineering colleges across India accepting Lateral entries and major recruiters are:

1. Jadavpur University, Kolkata

2. Rajabazar Science College, Kolkata

3. Lovely Professional University, Punjab

4. Jamie Milia Islamia

5. Amity University, Noida.

6. Hindustan University, Chennai

The cut off ranges from 50 to 60 percent to be eligible for the course.

Hope this was useful.
