There are no such specific seats that are available or reserved only for boys.The seats for both boys and girls are available in general category if they are not having any reservations as such.They have to get the marks in NEET Examination to get a seat.If the boys are belong to reservation category like bc-a,navy,sports then they may have decreased cut off marks compared to open category.
