There are approximately 276990 Govt. MBBS seats in India across all States. Among these Jammu and Kashmir doesnt participate in All India Counselling. 15% Government seats are allooted for All India Counselling and 85% are for State Counselling. Now, all these seats are filled on the basis of merit cum preference in NEET score based on the Constitutional reservations. Cut offs for all these Colleges and seats change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no,of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
