I searched for this and found out that around 800 seats are to be added in all NITs under EWS reservation. I do not have any idea regarding its distrubution in every NIT and then how this quota is adjusted in every branch of the NIT. At last I think if your rank is under 800 in ews category you can have advantage of it.
