However, you shall check the seat filling of last years of various institutes that participate in the special round to know the seats filled during that specific round. Yes , in every year many seats left vacant as after Csab special round 2018 many seats still remain vacant .

After special round of Csab 2018,

6510 seats are remained vacant after round 7

And also the seats are not alloted finally to the students having 8500-9000 rank .still there are many chances the seats are not alloted to the students.
