Admission to BSc. Agriculture course in Karnataka is based on the performance in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). The academic qualification required is a pass in 10+2 Science with PCB combination (50% PUC Marks + 50% CET Marks). There is a 23.8% reservation for actual cultivators / children of the farming family through a practical test. CET conducted by KEA is compulsory for a student to take in order to pursue BSc Agriculture in Karnataka.
