The JEE mains examination is held for two various streams- one for bachelors in technology and the other for bachelors in architecture stream. which year around 10 lakh of aspirants sit for the JEE Mains examination in various sessions and shifts and around 2.5 lakh of candidates get selected for the JEE advanced examination. There is a different cut off score for various categories such as- general, general EWS, other backward classes, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, physically disabled section, and others.
