Hello,

How much rank you secure, There is no free seat actually. You have to pay minimum fee even you opt for TFW. There you don't have to pay tution fees but you have to pay other miscellaneous fees which includes transportation, maintenance and other things.

This fees will get compensated if you apply for scholarships in state level or national level or if the college you join is giving you any kind of scholarship on the basis of qualification or other factors. Your rest fees will get compensated and expenditure from your pocket will be ZERO.

This is the way to get a free seat. In practical, there is no free seat.
