Dear Gourab, there are approximately 30, 455 Government seats and 36,165 Private seats and 151 Central Seats. Every state except for Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Prasesh and Telangana participate in all India Counselling leaving 15% seats of their State. The rest 85% is for State Quota.
