Hey aspirant, about 2.5 lakhs candidates of mechanical branch applied for GATE 2019 exam.
But you can't calculate your percentile by using this Data as certainly you don't know about the method of calculating percentile.
Also, the percentile is of no use in GATE 2019 as ranks and GATE scores out of thousand are used for various purpose.
