The mechanical engineering branch had a placement rate of 67% in 2020-21and it goes down due to many startups.The average salary offered to mechanical engineering graduates was Rs 11.4 lakh per annum, while the highest salary was Rs 1.4 crore per annum
tier 3 engineering colleges provides placement assistance to students in MNCs but most of them don't get selected but after experience for few years in IT firm they make it to MNCs off campus placement.
