How many students will crack JEE advanced every year

Well brother, I would say that you should not concenterate on taking the count of number of students qualifying the exams.

Reasons

1. It brings no good but some stretch of demorals.

2. It has nothing to do with your preparation. You sould be focussed on getting a seat. You need only one and that can be your's. You should not worry about it even of there are lesser 1k because you need only one.

3. Most IMP - qualifying JEE advanced has no such benifits to what people believe. Yes cracing JEE advanced and getting rank under 5k has quite a few benifits but securing 30k rank would do nothing good. So I'd request to study as hard a spossible and focus on cracking a seat at IIT

JEE advanced is one of the toughest exam in the world. The thing that make this exam toughest of all is the selection ratio of students which is less than 1% .

Every year about 13 lakh students gave JEE mains exam out of which 2.24 lakh students selected for JEE advanced and out of these students only 10 thousands are eligible to get confirmed seat in IITs.

Pattern of JEE advanced is also very unique and types of questions asked are also very unique. No question is repeated. That's why JEE advanced is very tough and ratio of students cracking this exam is very low i.e less than 1%.
