A separate paper has been introduced for B. Planning in JEE Main last year. Hence, JEE Main 2021 will be conducted over 3 separate papers for B.E/B.Tech, B. Arch and B. Planning. Numeric value answer based questions have been added to the paper pattern of JEE Main 2021
JEE Main 2021 Question Paper : B.E/ B.Tech Question Paper will have a total of 75 questions of 300 marks, with 25 questions per subject - Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Numerical Value-based questions have been added to the paper pattern of all the 3 papers. B. Arch Paper will have a total of 77 questions for 400 marks. The question paper of B. Planning shall include 100 questions for 400 marks.

In JEE Mains, no theory question is asked. In JEE Mains, there are only multiple choice questions and integer value type questions. In multiple choice questions, you have to chose the right answer from the given options. In integer type questions, you have to solve the question and write the correct integer value.
These questions are based on theory that you have studies in your class 11th or 12th. But, only MCQ or integer type questions come in JEE Main exam. To solve these questions you have to study the theory and solve number of questions to understand the concepts.

If you want to prepare for jee mains then start from now, its one of the toughest exams in india conducted by NTA. The syllabus contains Physics Chemistry an Maths of class 11th and 12th combinely. Also try to solve as many previous years questions as you can it helps to give you an idea what types of question you will be going for. Physics Maths and Chemistry (Physical) mostly deals with numerical problems.
Note that jee mains type exminations tests your capability of how you apply the knowledge in solving questions efficiently.
