A Candidate can have at Max 6 attempts for NDA assuming that you are Eligible for every attempt since age limit to appear in NDA is 16.5 years to 19.5 years and NDA NA exam is conducted twice a year by UPSC.

Those who have passed their Intermediate(12th) with Commerce and other streams then eligible to apply for Arts examination.

1. You should be Unmarried.
2. Only Male candidate are eligible to apply.
3. Your age must be between 16.5 years and 19 years.
4. You should have Indian nationality.
5. You should be Physically and Mentally fit according to Physical standards.

There are no limits on the number of attempts, you can appear for the exam how many times you want.

There is no limit in the number of attempts. NDA is conducted twice in a year. You can apply either for NDA I or II. In order to be eligible for recruitment exam, applicant’s age should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years. Candidates who have appeared or are appearing in 10+2/HSC examination are eligible to fill NDA application form. Only male unmarried candidates who are citizens of India are eligible for applying as per NDA eligibility criteria.

Hi Anmol,

There is no limitation in the number of attempts you apply for the NDA examination. The only condition is that you can apply it from the age of 16 or 16 & 1/2 years till 19 years of age. As you cross 19 years you won't be eligible to apply. Moreover, NDA is conducted twice a year so there are chances of many attempts but try clearing in the first attempt.
