ETS, the official body that conducts TOEFL, has set no particular requirements. However, the candidate needs to successfully verify for TOEFL and should have a valid ID proof. In addition, the applicant should have completed 10+2 and should be atleast above 16 years of age. If the applicant is under 16 years of age then, they need a parent or a guardian to accompany them for the test.
