There is no age restrictions or number of attempt defined to attempt the UGEE examination.  The only eligibility criteria set by IIIT Hyderabad UGEE is that a candidate has to get an aggregate of 60% in physics,chemistry and mathematics combined in the class 12th. Other than that, you can appear for UGEE for as long as you want to
