NDA is conducted twice a year , generally NDA 1 is conducted in the month of April and NDA 2 in the month of September. NDA is conducted by UPSC . You need to between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age in order to be eligible for applying to NDA exam. You will be selected in NDA on the basis of written test followed by extensive interviews, team skills, psychological testing and medical testing.
