You can write the IISER Aptitude Test only twice and that too in consecutive years. You can give it only in the year you passed your 12th board exams (1st attempt) and the year just after your 12th exams (2nd attempt). Hence you cannot write the test after two years of completion of your 12th boards. Hope it helps.

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research invites admissions in 5-year BS-MS degree programme through three channels namely JEE Advanced, KVPY and SCB. The student who want to apply through SCB channel need to appear in IISER aptitude test.

According to the official notification, a candidate can appear for IISER Aptitude test only 2 times in his/her lifetime.
